A big, sweeping curved wall skimmed to a smooth, even finish in a community room — photographed while the plaster was still the warm pink of a fresh coat, before decorating.
A curved wall is one of the harder plastering jobs there is: the trowel has to follow the sweep of the wall while keeping the surface flat and free of ripples across its whole run. Getting a curve this clean and consistent is a genuine test of the craft.
