Whether it's one ceiling or a whole renovation, we like to keep it straightforward. Here's exactly how a job runs with Eagle Plastering & Home Improvements — what happens at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone.

We come out, look at the job in person and talk through what you're after — whether it's one room to re-skim or a whole bathroom, kitchen or extension. You deal directly with Mark, not a call centre.

A clear plan and quote
We set out what the work involves, the order it needs doing in and how long it should take, so there are no surprises once we start. If a job needs other trades, we coordinate them as part of a small, trusted network.

Proper preparation
A good finish starts underneath it. We prepare and stabilise walls, ceilings and surfaces first — removing old artex, making good and getting the substrate right — because that's what makes the finish last.

Finished, tidy and checked
We plaster, build and finish to a standard we'd be happy with in our own homes, leave the site clean, and don't call a job done until you're happy with it.
