Both. Plastering is the trade the family is named for, but Mark and Chris were taught most building skills alongside it by their father, so we take on the full range of home improvement — bathrooms, kitchens, building repairs, extensions and whole-home renovations — as well as skimming, re-plastering and lime work. That means a job that turns out to need more than plastering can usually be handled by the same team.

Yes — it's one of the most common jobs we take on. We remove or plaster over dated, textured artex ceilings and skim them smooth, so a room instantly feels lighter and more up to date. One customer noted we did "a fantastic job removing artex, plastering ceilings and decorating — efficiently and within the time."

We do, and it's work we especially enjoy. Older, solid-wall and listed buildings usually need traditional lime plaster and render rather than modern gypsum or cement, because lime lets the wall breathe and manage moisture. We use breathable, sympathetic materials to keep the work in keeping with the original building.

Yes. For a bathroom, kitchen, extension or renovation we handle the plastering and building work ourselves and bring in a small network of trusted, reputable tradesmen where a job needs a specialist. The idea is that you're not left project-managing your own renovation.

Always. We work tidily, leave the site clean, and don't call a job finished until you're happy with it — which is a large part of why so much of our work comes from repeat customers and recommendations.
